EU9 VIP has six tiers, from Normal up to Black Diamond, and one number decides which one you sit in: the total you deposit inside a calendar month. Bets, wins and losses do not move you. Status is reviewed between the 1st and the 5th of the following month, so a qualifying month lands on your account a few days later.
What changes between tiers is money rather than decoration. Each step up raises the rebate percentage on your betting volume, the share of a losing week that comes back, the number of withdrawals allowed per day, the daily withdrawal ceiling, and the size of the upgrade and birthday payments.
Each EU9 VIP level and its targets
The first table covers what a tier costs and what it pays on arrival. All amounts are in RM.
| Tier | Monthly deposit to upgrade | Monthly deposit to keep the tier | Upgrade bonus | Birthday bonus |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | 30 | Lifetime | None | 188 |
| Silver | 10,000 | Lifetime | 50 | 199 |
| Gold | 50,000 | 30,000 | 199 | 399 |
| Platinum | 200,000 | 150,000 | 399 | 999 |
| Diamond | 500,000 | 350,000 | 699 | 1,999 |
| Black Diamond | 1,000,000 | 700,000 | 1,999 | 2,999 |
The second table is where the long-term value sits, because rebates and withdrawal room apply every week rather than once.
| Tier | Daily withdrawals | Daily withdrawal cap | Live casino rebate | Slots rebate | Sportsbook rebate | Weekly loss rebate | Maximum rebate claim |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Normal | 3 | 10,000 | 0.3% | 0.5% | 0.3% | Up to 188 | 500 |
| Silver | 5 | 30,000 | 0.5% | 0.7% | 0.5% | 5% | 2,000 |
| Gold | 6 | 50,000 | 0.6% | 0.8% | 0.6% | 6% | 5,000 |
| Platinum | 6 | 80,000 | 0.7% | 1% | 0.7% | 7% | 7,000 |
| Diamond | 10 | 100,000 | 0.8% | 1.2% | 0.8% | 8% | 8,000 |
| Black Diamond | 99 | Unlimited | 1% | 1.5% | 1% | 9% | 10,000 |
Read the two together and the shape of the programme is clear. Normal status arrives with a single RM 30 deposit and already pays a slots rebate of 0.5%, but it caps you at three withdrawals a day and RM 10,000 across them. Silver, at RM 10,000 of monthly deposits, is the one real step for an ordinary player: it is held for life once reached, it triples the daily withdrawal ceiling, and it swaps the capped Normal loss rebate for a flat 5% of a losing week.
From Silver upward you also get a dedicated VIP assistant and priority handling on deposits and withdrawals, where Normal members are promised fast processing instead. The minimum withdrawal of RM 50 does not change at any tier, so on a small balance the daily count is the limit you meet first.

How upgrades work month by month
Monthly deposit counting
The counter runs from the 1st of the month to 23:59 on the last day, then resets. The counter is your deposit total; bonuses, rebates and winnings credited to the wallet are not deposits. That is a different measure from the betting volume behind rebates, which is generated by play across the products that count toward rebates in the lobby. One tier is active at a time, and the review window between the 1st and the 5th is when any change is applied.
One tier at a time
A member moves up by a single step per review, no matter how far past the target the month went. Deposit RM 50,000 as a Normal member and the system reads it as a Silver qualification, not a Gold one. Gold then becomes available at the next review, provided the following month also meets a target.
Keep in mind
Hitting the Gold figure while you are still Normal moves you to Silver first. The next tier can only arrive the following month.
Keeping Gold and above
Silver and Normal are lifetime ranks, so a quiet month cannot cost you them. Gold and above are maintenance tiers and carry a lower monthly figure to hold the rank: RM 30,000 at Gold, RM 150,000 at Platinum, RM 350,000 at Diamond and RM 700,000 at Black Diamond. Miss it and the tier slips, which also drops the rebate rate and the withdrawal ceiling attached to it. Anyone planning around Platinum or higher is therefore committing to a monthly deposit rhythm, not to a one-off push.

Estimate your EU9 VIP tier and rebate
Pick your current tier, then type a month’s deposits and a month’s bets by game type to see where the next review takes you.
VIP and rebate estimator
Rebates use the tier you hold now; a higher tier starts after the monthly update. 918Kiss, Mega888, Pussy888, fishing, 4D and non-live table games earn no instant rebate, and each tier caps the rebate you can claim.
The tier it returns moves at most one step from the tier you picked, matching the monthly review, so a large single month shows the next step rather than the final destination. The rebate figures split by game type because slots pay the highest rate at every tier and live casino and sportsbook sit lower. Treat both outputs as arithmetic on the published rates, not as a promise about what any individual claim will pay.
EU9 rebate rates by tier
Two separate rebates run alongside each other: one on everything you bet, and one on what a losing week took off you.
Instant rebates
The instant rebate is calculated from betting volume and can be claimed at any time, with the credit arriving the moment you press the claim button. It carries no turnover at all, which makes it the cleanest credit in the programme, and the usual RM 50 minimum withdrawal applies. The claim is capped per tier: RM 500 at Normal, rising through RM 2,000 at Silver and RM 5,000 at Gold to RM 10,000 at Black Diamond.
The exclusion list is long enough to plan around. Turnover generated before a bonus target has been met does not count, nor do ties, both-sides bets, void bets, or odds of 0.5 Asian and 1.5 decimal and below. Fishing games, non-live table games, P2P, 4D, horse racing, the Spribe crash titles and the app-based 918Kiss, Mega888 and Pussy888 lobbies all sit outside the rebate as well. In practice the rebate rewards live tables, standard slots and sportsbook markets at real odds.
Weekly loss rebate
The weekly rescue cashback, headlined on its card at RM 9,999, is paid into the main wallet every Monday after 14:00 and is worked out from the previous week’s net loss. Normal members get up to RM 188, while the percentage tiers run 5% at Silver, 6% at Gold, 7% at Platinum, 8% at Diamond and 9% at Black Diamond.
Unlike the instant rebate, this credit carries x5 turnover. On EU9’s cards that means betting volume of five times the credit bonus before you can withdraw, so RM 400 of rescue cashback needs RM 2,000 wagered. It is not a balance target and not a win target. The minimum withdrawal is again RM 50.

Birthday and upgrade bonuses
The upgrade bonus is a one-off payment on arrival at a new rank, and it scales steeply: RM 50 at Silver, RM 199 at Gold, RM 399 at Platinum, RM 699 at Diamond and RM 1,999 at Black Diamond. Normal members get none, since Normal is the entry rank rather than a promotion.
EU9 birthday bonus
Every tier gets a birthday payment, from RM 188 at Normal to RM 2,999 at Black Diamond, with Silver at RM 199, Gold at RM 399, Platinum at RM 999 and Diamond at RM 1,999. The card headline reads RM 9,999, so check your own tier row rather than the banner.
Claiming is manual. You send your username together with the front and back of your identity card, or use the claim link on the promotion, and the credit arrives within 24 hours of verification. Two conditions decide whether it pays at all: you need at least one deposit during your birthday month, and the bonus carries x5 turnover. If you clear it on sports, only the listed leagues count toward that turnover, which rules out the smaller competitions.
Shortcuts to Silver and above
Two routes skip the deposit ladder entirely, and both land you at a tier rather than handing you cash.
One-deposit VIP
A Normal-rank member can be upgraded straight to VIP Silver after completing verification, under an offer carrying a card headline of bonus RM 1,999. That is a jump past the RM 10,000 monthly requirement, and because Silver is a lifetime rank, it does not then need defending with a monthly figure. Everything Silver carries comes with it: five withdrawals a day, a RM 30,000 daily ceiling, the 5% weekly loss rebate and the higher instant rebate rates.
VIP transfer from another platform
If you already hold a VIP level elsewhere, EU9 will match it against proof that the account details line up with yours.
On the card
Switch to a better VIP experience, RM 9,999.
The terms
You submit proof of your level on the other platform, and the matching tier’s benefits apply, but the upgrade bonus and the birthday bonus are withheld until you meet that tier’s own deposit target. The promo code issued for the transfer expires 24 hours after the upgrade, and the credit bonus carries x10 turnover.
Both shortcuts leave the rest of the programme intact, because VIP members can still join the regular promotions alongside their tier benefits.
The button below opens a partner casino in a collaboration with EU9, not an EU9 account.
FAQ
How much do I have to deposit to reach Silver?
RM 10,000 inside one calendar month takes a Normal member to Silver, and Silver is then held for life with no further monthly target. There is also a one-deposit offer that upgrades a Normal-rank member straight to Silver once phone and email verification is done, with a card headline of RM 1,999.
When does my tier update?
Deposits are counted from the 1st of the month until 23:59 on the last day. Status is then reviewed and applied between the 1st and the 5th of the following month, so a qualifying month shows on your account a few days into the next one.
Do VIP members still get the welcome offers and other promotions?
Yes. VIP members can join the regular promotions, including the welcome offers, the daily 5th deposit booster and the cashback deals. The welcome offers remain a single choice per account, so picking one rules the others out.
How is the weekly loss rebate paid out?
It lands in the main wallet every Monday after 14:00, calculated from the previous week’s net loss at your tier rate, from 5% at Silver to 9% at Black Diamond. The credit carries x5 turnover and the usual RM 50 minimum withdrawal.
What does Black Diamond change for withdrawals?
Black Diamond allows up to 99 withdrawals a day with no daily maximum, against 3 a day and RM 10,000 at Normal. The RM 50 minimum per withdrawal still applies, as does the name-match rule on the payment account.
