Installation – Step by Step

Download the APK from the official button on eu9-game.my. File saves to your Downloads folder.
Enable unknown sources: Settings > Security > Install Unknown Apps > enable for your browser or file manager. One-time step.
Tap the APK file in Downloads and tap Install.
Open EU9 and log in with your existing credentials.

Tested on Android 12 and 14. On Android 14 one extra permission prompt appeared for ‘Install Unknown Apps’ – standard behaviour. Total time from download to first login: 38 seconds on Celcom 4G.

iOS – App Store Install

The EU9 iOS app is available on the App Store. Search ‘EU9 Casino’ or use the direct link from the eu9-game.my app page.

Troubleshooting

Live stream buffering on 4G

Select Low Quality in the live table settings. Close background apps to free RAM. If the issue continues on a strong signal, the individual provider studio may have temporary maintenance – try a different provider’s table.

EU9 app not found in App Store

Search the full name ‘EU9 Casino’. If your App Store region is not set to Malaysia, switch your Apple ID region to MY in Settings > Apple ID > Country/Region.
